I want to buy/use just one knife. What should it be?

It's a brand. They are not serrated by default (in my set, I think two are).

I have knives with a plastic handle but with awesome blades, I bought in 1993 in Prague. They are still as sharp as can be (ok, I did sharpen them). My kid ruined the handle of one, and I was furious! No idea what they are called. No idea which knife it is, but they are awesome.
