Kids came 3 yrs after we got married. We went "steady" at 19.

About 3 years. 2 dating, 1 engaged

11 months. I was 22 he was 29 and have been married 21 years with 2 kids.

We married 3.5 years after we met when I was 3 months pregnant with our first child (planned). We didn't think marriage was important to us as we were already committed. But expecting a child made us both change our perspective. Married 6 years and together 10 years now.
