I love how all these posters are convinced they are "hot" and even "hot as fuck."' If you are in DC, you probably are not, in fact, hot. Interesting, affluent, educated, fit, well-groomed .... absolutley.

But the assertion of hotness seen on this thread in no way comports with what I see every day in DC, Bethesda, fairfax, pg county. I would say that as a population, the black women in Washington are much more likely to be objectively hot than their white and Latina peers, compared to national samplings.

I am not sure I agree with this. It is not true in my peer group anyway.

Good point. I am a guy, reasonably happily married, and my wife is still pretty hot. But if you were throwing a no lose proposition out there with someone of a super model type caliber, I would consider it. Scarlett Johansenn for example. But that is not the real world. In the real world, I would end up cheating with somebody that is pretty hot but turned out to be a psycho that totally torpedoes my life, financially, with the kids, etc.

OP, you need to reframe the question. Not many men are going to leave their otherwise good marriage just for a hot woman. Most men who have affairs have no intention of leaving their wives. Now if you want to know how many men would sleep with a younger hot woman if they could get away with it, my estimate is somewhere between 98-99%.
