What independent schools offer organic lunch?

When did the Holton food get good? It was horrible! when my kid was there.

Sidwell, Sheridan and Holton-Arms all use the same lunch provider and its a small boutique company that offers mostly organic, locally grown food.

It is LUDACRIS that GDS gets away without offering a meal program and there are people lined up to pay them that hefty tuition bill. Thats the definition of insanity!

I'm surprised to hear that about Holton-Arms. For the longest time, Sodexho Marriott was the exclusive food service provider to Holton because of the Marriott family's ties to the school. Has there been a falling out between Holton and their biggest benefactors?
