What's the most mindless show you watch?

This and the Big Bang Theory are the only shows I've seen on this thread. Castle is definitely mindless. It's my blind devotion to Nathan Fillion that keeps me watching. The story lines are so dumb and Stana Katic as pretty as she is can only express emotions from A to B. |

The singing shows: Voice, American Idol
The cooking shows: Master Chef, Taste The clothing shows: Project Runway, What Not to Wear (All of these are shows I "watch" from time to time while multitasking across the room. To me, that is is the definition of "mindless'.)

| Keeping up with the Kardashians even with it scripted there is literally nothing going on, i used to watch the hills too. I am sure there others, atleast housewies etc has a plot |
