We also just recently took out a $50K line of credit to deal with some other debts and the roof we had to replace a year in. |

These responses make me feel much better than the "how much do you earn" threads. You may be earning $200k plus but what does it matter if you have a $600k+ mortgage? I'm happy living below our means in a house that is now worth 4 time what I paid for it. |
