GO FOR IT!
I wore one to a formal wedding in NYC a month ago. It was wide-legged and navy (similar to the purple one in the picture above) and got tons of compliments. I looked and felt fabulous just make sure it fits you well!
And forget all the negative comments from the frigid, boring women on this thread. |
| Even if you don't wear a jumpsuit pls don't wear some hideous sack with taupe hose and shoes as recommended here so often. |
They were appropriate for rocking out in the 80s. |
| To the PP who posted the purple jumpsuit - where can I get this? |
|
I have this jumpsuit -gets tons of compliments......

| Depends on the jumpsuit - there are some beautiful , elegant jumpsuits out there and then there are some silly, trendy styles...... |
Maybe one of these.
|
| If I had the figure and the money to buy a nice jumpsuit, I would totally wear it!! |
| It's funny to me the people who don't follow fashion trends at all in this thread. The jumpsuit has been on trend for some time now. You'll get on the train once it's over and look wrong and behind just as you do in this thread and so often on this board and all the time on the streets of D.C. |
On trend in L.A. or NYC maybe... We are in DC and the dress is a tab more conservative. People dont dress all willy nilly in ridiculous outfits just because Fashion Week NY has the 19 year models decked out in the stuff. |
(NP) I did a google search on the image, no shopping sites came up, only pinterest, etc. |
Exactly! That's why so many women look so frumpy and old here. I heard someone mocking a woman for wearing printed leggings! HELLO where the f#ck do they live! I've seen women in Tennessee wearing that but not in DC. They only want their no style Ann Taylor crap! |
