I prefer to see the pets.

I have a single friend who sends a picture of her and her drop kick dog in front of the tree each year...it's really depressing

To 13:48 - we have no pets. Not an animal lover. Kids rule!

I agree! I send thank you note and photo cards of our family at Christmas...and I sign it "Merry Christmas" not Season's Greetings...I sure some of you will love that!

I make it a point to always say, "Merry Christmas" because Christmas is what I celebrate--not the season of the year. Good for you!

I still have a copy.

I'm not a religious fundamentalist, just a Presbyterian, and Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Christ. Technically, it is really the most important Christian holiday because without the birth there could not have been a cruifixion and a resurrected Christ which is the tenet of Christianity.

This is insulting to me as a Christian. This is not a joke.

Are you kidding? I've already seen Christmas items for sale.

Really?!?! where?

I'm not trying to be sarcastic or mean. I'm totally serious. I just saw ads for fall items at CVS and thought that was early.

I don't really remember because I thought it was absurd to have them out do early that I pushed it from my mind., it was something like Target, Wal mart, or maybe a Rite Aid.

Nothing like a passive aggressive greeting to really convey the spirit of the holiday.
