Anonymous

Sz 2 in bottoms as my legs are muscular....usually 0/XS in tops ... I usually have to buy suiting separates.....

Weight is important but so is Bf%

How is that even possible? I'm 5'8, weigh 125 with 19% body fat and wear 2-4 or small tops and dresses. I'm very slender and narrow, wear 32-34b in bras. How can we be wearing the same size? That is so strange.

You have a fat skeleton, sorry PP's skeleton is still thinner than yours!!

H&M 8 is not actually US 8....its European 38 which is actually US 4
32=00, 34=0, 36=2, 38=4

I'm from Europe

This just blew my mind and answers so many questions. I wear between a 2 and 6, am 5'6 and 127 pounds. I get so frustrated at H&M trying to size up and still having too small of clothes. I'll start with a size 8 and 10 next time I'm shopping.

Mostly wear size 2 or small, sometimes size 4 or 27 in designer clothing and jeans

How about you?

Hmm odd. I am also 5'7 but weigh ten lbs. less. Typically a 27 in jeans. Size 2 for dresses.

This is similar to me, except I'm 5'2'' and 35 yrs. Used to wear 0 and 00, now 2. I have narrow hips.

5'2", 125 and muscular. I wear a 2 at Banana, 2 at Jcrew and 0 at AT. I wear a 4 in higher end brands.

5'7" 125 lbs. Pants size is 2-4, top is 6/36C.
I have light bones, no muscle either.

5'5" 140lb and same exact sizes.

I am very muscular (serious athlete)...proportional and low body fat. People think I weigh 120lb but I have very large bones (hard time finding bracelets to fit my large wrists, large ribcage, etc.

I am 5'0" and weigh around 127. I am a size 2 or 4 thanks to vanity sizing. I have no idea what I would be in European sizes. I am very muscular and work out daily. I have a larger frame. I wear a S on top if it is a non-petite size or a medium in a petite size. I am always smaller on bottom even though I have the bubble butt.

Most people would not guess how much I actually weigh. They also guess that I am about 3 inches taller than I am.

Same as other threads like this, pure curiosity

I am the OP of the original thread (about size 8) and I can tell why that one was created, but I have nothing to do with the other ones. I am having weight loss surgery in less than a month and visualizing my goal body helps me through the pre-op diet I am on. So I just wanted to get an idea of what kind of number I am looking for on the scale that will tell me I am around a size 8. I have never been that size in my whole adult life, so I would never know.

You are a size 8 and having weight loss surgery? That seems pretty extreme to me. Are you extremely short?

First poster here and so sorry for disappointing you...No she doesn't have a muffin top at all... Try lifting really heavy weights and also doing bulk n cut cycles ..Lean muscle doesn't mean big or bulky....squatting 200 lbs+ 3 times a week ensures that not only my butt has some meat on it to nicely fill out those SZ 2 jeans but also my quads and hamstrings are solid and not jiggly....

Maybe some squatting will help you with your muffin top....
