Anyone who reads DCUM knows that the PH booster regularly trashes other neighborhoods, schools and homes. It is really a classic example of why people who live in glass houses (or toxic McMansions, as the case may be) shouldn't throw stones. And it seems likely that one of the PH attention junkies started this thread, too, given the snotty response that appeared a whopping two minutes after the first post.

I specifically remember PH booster posting a picture of a house in Arlington and criticizing it. I'm not going to dig through old threads to post it to prove my point, only PH booster has that kind of time to waste. Someone called someone else snobby for pointing out that Bermuda is not in the Caribbean - basic geography.

I'm the one who said this thread is full of snobs and my post had nothing to do with Bermuda and the Caribbean. I was referring to disgusting comments like these from pg 1 of this thread:

"Pimmit Hills crazies must be on vacation... I'd guess Ocean City."

"Caribbean in July? Always a sucker for a good deal, eh?"

"Watch NASCAR all day. Eat gross buffet meal for dinner. Tout Pimmit Hills and Marshall HS until midnight. Repeat until your wrist band falls off."

It's shit like this that makes me grateful I don't have to associate with any of you people in real life.

Just for the record, my DH also loves a good deal and we have gone to the Caribbean in the summer before (never again, but that's another post). It is cheaper because it's off-season. I don't see why calling that out about the PH vacationer is "snobby". The PH booster himself would say that PH is a good value. God, he's shoved that down our throats himself more than enough times, right? So I point out that similarity - a factual similarity - and I'm a snob?

There is one PH booster who posts very aggressive obnoxious posts that seem similar to each other. It seems like one crazy person and its hard to believe there is more than one person like him. It's obvious from the responses here that a lot of people think the PH booster is completely obnoxious and are happy to bash him. I feel kind of bad for the rest of you who live there because this one person has given many, many people a terrible impression of PH.
