No Walmart for DC- What'll Become of the Real Estate Values in the Areas Close By Prospective Sites

Catch you guys later. I hear Walmart is opening in Tyson's Virginia. It's a little further to drive (for customers or employees from DC), which admittedly has a cost to my wallet ant the environment - not to memtion Thson's terrible traffic - but who cares, it has a great range of products at amazing prices, which DC lacks! Not to mention, there are a bunch of other places to shop and eat nearby.
