| Beets. Just refrigerated beets that were boiled in salted water. |

PP here. Let me amend this. Douse the beets with a little red wine vinegar. Yum! |
I also love artichokes from a can. Trader Joes sells really good ones. Sometimes I'll eat a couple right when I get home from work and scrambling to make dinner. |
| Sautéed onions. I'm always looking for ways to add them to my dinner. Love when they get all carmelized and gooey. |
Oh and asparagus. Sometimes eat it about 4 days a week. My pee smells awesome. |
