Haha. I do this with different TJ treats too. "Well, I'm going to eat them all at some point, so might as well eat them all today."

I also love artichokes from a can. Trader Joes sells really good ones. Sometimes I'll eat a couple right when I get home from work and scrambling to make dinner.

Sautéed onions. I'm always looking for ways to add them to my dinner. Love when they get all carmelized and gooey.

Oh and asparagus. Sometimes eat it about 4 days a week. My pee smells awesome.
