Its actually not just a shopping center. There are a bunch of townhomes and some apartments. I don't live there so I have no stake in this, but it is more than a strip mall or something. Personally, I'm happy to have Mom's Organic Market, Angelika Film Center, Taylor Gourmet, Cava Grill, and yes, a nice Target. The Chipotle is old, not new. I haven;t seen the tea store yet.

I agree the booster posts are annoying, but I think the elitist posts bashing it are equally annoying.

There's another Taco Bell equi-distant from my house so losing the Merrifield one was something I could recover from.
