I am the 5'1 poster, and I know this height is not for everyone. I on the other hand LOVE it. I can wear 4-5in heels and still fit right in the crook of my man's arm. It works for me!

I am 5'1" and would love to be taller, but I would not want to go to the extreme of being 5'10". Being 5'4" and thin would be wonderful.

That said, I like my body and my being a "smurf" has never been an impediment. As evidenced by this thread, women are much meaner than men about height. Most men don't seem to care as much.

Why is it so hard to believe? If I were 4'10", then maybe I'd like to be taller, but 5'2" is perfect for me. I've been self-conscious about and disliked a lot of things about myself, but NEVER my height.

This is so annoying! So I don't "look like a woman" because I'm petite? It's the whole "real women have curves" phenomenon- some of us just aren't built like that. We're not any less womanly than you.

I am 5'4 too and though I am ok with it if I had any choice I would like to be 3-4 inches taller. I am 122 pounds and wear a size 2 and look pretty thin (though I am not fit and I have a mommy pouch I can't get rid off...)
I can't even imagine what 107 looks like. It most be just bones. I was 114 in highschool and was tiny compared to now. 107 for an adult seems really unhealthy.
