My son is Jewish, and his class is singing this song for parents - cool or not?

OP here. I have to say my jaw is "agape" as I read some of these hateful responses to a simple question about a religious song and how appropriate it would be to sing at a school performance.
To those of you who responded thoughtfully, thank you so much, you have helped immensely.
To the rest of you.....wow - you have so much hate inside you, I feel very sorry for you, your children, your families and friends. You must be a real joy to be around.
Unbelievable. It doesn't matter if you are responding to a question about cookie exchanges or religion, you are hateful and it is truly sick.
