Reasonable HOA fees for the pools too. I'm looking forward to summer. We live in one of the "scary" townhouse complexes with *gasp* Section 8 rental units. We haven't had a problem in 7 years and I'm looking forward to my son starting Kindergarten in the fall. No, its not Potomac, but its not a bad place to live either.
