12:58 PP - 6th Street South? If so, we're moving in just after the July 4th weekend and I look forward to meeting you.

That's the one! Good luck on your move. Come on over if you need anything/help as you are moving in.

OP here - YAY! I was hoping my new 'hood would have nice neighbors. The sellers are moving to Michigan due to a job change, so no, they're not moving to North Arlington.

Then Wakefield should explore ways of expanding its immersion program to make it more appealing to the immersion kids. Otherwise out-of-boundary families lack any incentive to apply for a transfer to Wakefield. Even if only roughly 100 students/year transfer to Wakefield for language immersion, that would help raise SAT scores and offset to a small degree the high numbers of economically disadvantaged students. It could also help put a tiny dent in North Arlington overcrowding.

I'd be delighted to see Wakefield expand the HS immersion program and would gladly send DC there (we're in the Yorktown District)

And the sellars have been quite happy with Barcroft for their son (who has blonde hair and green eyes). They are looking for a neighborhood "just like Alcova Heights" in Michigan.

If anyone else is in the market we have 3 more houses going on the market in Alcova Heights. Just to be clear NONE of the people selling are moving to N. Arlington. Two of them are actually staying in the neighborhood just changing the size home they need.
