Anyone read: "12 hours of sleep by 12 weeks old"?

I'm doing the feeding 12 hours by 12 weeks and so far it's working for us..... I have twins. Our kids are 6 weeks and if it wasn't for a feeding schedule I wouldn't have time to even go to the bathroom. Feeding on cue would mean we would feed all day every day. The concept of the book works for some, not all and as long as your kid is eating 24 ounces through out the day he/she will be fine.
