| I enjoy this show. It's compelling and seems pretty real. Max drives me nuts, and I can't imagine the kind of patience it would take to parent a child with Aspergers. Hats off to those of you who are. |

Haha. I am and the scene at the play was our whole life in a nutshell. Why would you tell Aunt Sarah to break a leg? That's a horrible thing to say! Aaaaaaahhhhh.... Answering questions like that is my life. |

| Just caught the second show of the season (missed the first where it appears lots happened) and thought it was so much better! They still talk in sing song but its not so bad and writing seems infused with more reality and subtleness instead hitting you over the head with what's happening. Its still too judgemental (eg who is right when Max insists Jabbar eats lunch with him everyday - there is no good answer here). Really thought the break up scene was good too. And the mom finally restrained herself - so much better! |
