Cutting way back on wine consumption

21:18 - Agreed. What great precedence to have, for when you are gravely ill. Dumbass.

Any illness you try to claim in the future could be denied because it's "related to excess alcohol consumption." Beware what you share with your doctor.

Absolutely lie to your doctor because then they can't treat your problem. What absymally stupid advice.

Red wine or white wine? If red wine, you could make my stepmother's mulled wine punch that has 1/4 wine, 1/4 cranberry juice, 1/4 apple juice and 1/4 water. You can nuke a few mugs of it, get a teeny wine buzz and really only end up having one glass of wine.

I like a glass of wine at night after my daughter is in bed. It's like my signal that from that point on, it's Me Time. I occasionally have two glasses, but I feel like such crap afterward I'm trying not to do that anymore. I'm tempted to give it up altogether to see if I'm less tired, but I really like my nightly (5 oz) glass of wine!
