There really aren't a lot of white men throwing kegs through windows. But DC police clearly put some resources into finding this guy. Which, great.

I'm sure that his last name being Ali is disappointing to some. Clear Arabic name. But if DC police could put the same resources to finding every a$%hole in DC causing mayhem, that'd be great. And if prosecutors could prosecute and judges judge that'd also be nice.
