De Blasio didn’t put any programs in place for two year olds. He did put programs in place for three year olds. If you’re at all familiar with what happened in DC a few years earlier, De Blasio secured PK3 and PK4, but Mamdani is extending that to two year olds.

Why is it so insane to believe is this modern era of excess for billionaires that our country, the richest on earth, can't guarantee it's citizens food, water, shelter, and healthcare?
