Yes there is skiing very close like an hour away good skiing normally with climate change not this year.

The PP is right, though. DC is an avid skier, and describes skiing outside Boulder as average at best. Kids will still go and have a great time, but it's because they're all together on an outing, not because the skiing is good.

Expensive for OOS at $64k - $68k a year, depending upon tier.

From DIA to Boulder there is a bus. About an hour and costs $10. You can uber too - maybe $80? I always use the bus.
