Which College Feels the Most "Collegiate" or Classic Academia?

Duke is dark to me and spread out.

Yale and Princeton. I favor Princeton. My parents are from New Haven - and Yale is gorgeous- but the city ruins it.

It’s all the same color. I lists a bit drab in that way. The trees are pretty, sunken garden but everything is the same color.

Duke is the best of all worlds because East and West campus are each beautiful in different ways. The main quads on West are gorgeous and very smartly planned with the chapel in the middle. The Bryan Center was an awful mistake but most of the newer buildings around the perimeter are nice. Plus you have the Gardens right there which are incredible - you can walk out of a class and be in world class gardens in a minute or two.

East has the beautiful Georgian architecture centered around the quad. A few of the buildings are a bit off but overall it is still great. They have built a lot around the edges and those buildings are less attractive but the main east quad is great.

I agree with many already mentioned here and also recommend St. John's in Annapolis.
