We have a serious problem in this country with Christian-identifying or Christian-raised white men committing gun violence. Best to strip them of their rights until we can figure out which ones are mentally ill and which ones are not a danger to others.

Someone from that church posted a video saying they spoke to a family member that was there when it happened and he was asking people if they followed Joseph Smith or Jesus. If they didn’t answer fast enough, he would shoot. He supposedly also expressed anti Mormon views calling them the anti-Christ.

I think there is problem with military screening of recruits. Things like adhd, anxiety, depression that *should be disqualifying, often aren’t. They either get a waiver bc they were able to spend a year off meds and not get arrested…or flat out lie (or in some cases told to lie). Those with what seems like mostly benign mental health issues are at high risk for having serious and dangerous mental health issues arise when exposed to super high stress situations such as combat.
