It is possible, though expensive, to purchase older mature trees for replanting onto a property. I suspect there will be donors willing to assist with the rehabilitation of the White House grounds after Trump is permanently gone.

Everything he has done to the Oval Office can be easily reversed, thank goodness.

The ballroom debacle is another thing altogether, but perhaps there will be a way to relocate/repurpose the building as a homeless shelter elsewhere in the District.
