Move to SFH or stay in Dupont Circle?

Cleveland and Woodley Parks have fantastic housing stock, great metro and bus access, shopping, still decent access to restaurants, both walkable and also not far by uber/metro. And both public and private schools.

I’ll tell you one thing. Our kids can walk to school (without adults) and it is a pure dream for logistics.

Take a look at some open houses, you can then at least have a point of reference even if you choose to stay. Either way it helps to really see neighborhoods and not just think theoretically.
