ok, MAGA.

Stop using "MAGA" like it means "jerk". It's a specific kind of political BS, not just run-of-the-mill jerkishness. Don't dilute it on casual crap like this. When you act like an overreacting jerk yourself, they win

-not MAGA, or even particularly sympathetic

Ok MAGA

I like to hold onto something while I sleep. Sometimes that's a pillow and sometimes it's a stuffed animal I've had since I was a kid. I don't travel with anything, the hotel pillow is fine.

When viewed through the lens of compassion for victims of trauma, reborn or realistic infant dolls have a genuine space to occupy. Reborn dolls provide a unique form of support by offering a sense of presence, responsibility, and companionship. For some, holding or caring for a reborn doll can invoke feelings similar to those experienced while interacting with an infant, triggering a nurturing response and a sense of calm.

Scientific studies have shown that physical touch and companionship can stimulate the release of oxytocin, a hormone that promotes relaxation and reduces stress. The simple acts of merely holding, feeding, or rocking a reborn doll can provide real comfort, calm anxiety, and instill an enduring sense of purpose for some.

I still vote that stuffies are way less annoyance than live animals that bark and leave poop everywhere and have their thoughtless owners often bring them to the grocery store and restaurants which is highly unhygienic and terrible for allergy sufferers.

I hope stuffed animal huggers don’t have children.

I have one stuffed animal that I sleep with sometimes. It was the first baby gift given to me for a long awaited pregnancy, which I then sadly miscarried through a pretty traumatic experience. I find it comforting to sleep with sometimes.

So far I’ve tried Harper, and also Quinn (my favorite is Harper).

We have the koala. We call her cocaine koala because my daughter always gets extra security when flying with it.

I want to be your friend!

I would like to introduce them to you! Right now, I am sitting with a little bunny named Allie who is a very sweet young bunny. She has a big brother, Joey, who is a gibbon, but he is not downstairs tonight. I have two dolls on the couch, too, this evening, Tracy, a doll wearing a stylish skirt and her hair in a ponytail, and Viola, a redhead with two braids. They are very different. Tracy is in 7th grade and at that really annoying pre-teen girls age where she is a little haughty to everyone and mean to her parents. Viola is a fourth grader, actually, she's a genius who loves science and math, but she hates exercise so we are always trying to get her to try a new activity. She agreed to try low-key gymnastics this year. Finally we have a little black and white kitty who likes to play and also snuggle up. None of the guys down here tonight are related to each other. Viola has a baby sister and a cousin. Tracy is an only child. Each one is distinct in their personality and interaction style.

Reading this made me so happy. Thank you for sharing. Hello little friends!

Have a teddy bear that doubles as my night time holster. Soothes and protects at the same time. Intruders will never see the bear as the threat until too late.

Lol. My teen sleeps with a weighted stuffie pillow and it always gets pulled for extra screening. I think they can’t see through the beeds on the xray machine.

I'm stunned by the number of men who do. Several of my friend's husbands take a stuffed animal on business trips. I know no women who do this.

It scares me. This is the beginning of a Stephen King novel.
