There's no way he's 224 lbs. The khaki golf pants pulled up over his belly, almost touching his moobs tells you he's probably closer to 260lbs.

The biggest red flag that all of these are BS numbers is the listed temperature.

I can take 100 temperatures a day and never get a 98.6. We use 100.4 and above to indicate there's a fever. Anything 95-99 is normal. 100-100.3 is warm. 100.4+ = fever.

Diabetes IMO. When he was shot at the campaign rally, he was immediately looking for his shoes. And people have noticed his awkward gait. He may have lost toes due to diabetes and he needs his shoes to compensate.
