What's your favorite home cooked meal?

My mom makes amazing yeast based crepes. Russian style, eaten with salmon roe and sour cream. Amazing and I can never get it right. My husbands fave meal I make is a lamb stew, he'd eat it every day.

It's hard to think of one favorite thing, but I made Smitten Kitchen's Roast Chicken with Schmaltzy Cabbage last night, and that has to be close to the top of the list. I used full chicken breasts with ribs vs. the whole chicken she calls for, and the chicken was perfect -- crispy skin, but very moist, and the cabbage was buttery and toasty. So good.
