Dark, soulless, cruel energy taking over the USA

People need to start accepting this and figuring out how to move on and move forward with their lives.

This has been a 30+ year campaign by the right and they finally won. The anti-DEI campaign is laying the groundwork for a repeal of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. We are going back.

Republicans have done nothing to prove you wrong.

At every single step, they have taken action to prove you right.

The maga trolls are too stupid. Programmed like robots. I have no hope.

It takes all Americans to object to this. Not just Democrats. But Republicans have laid down for Trump & Musk, and given them carte blanche to do whatever.

Stupid idiots sold our country.

Well, this dark, soulless, cruel energy is not fixated on the removal of boys’ testicles in the absence of parental consent.

So at least we have that going for us.

I felt some "dark energy" myself a few years back when we were sliding towards totalitarianism over a virus. Now things are finally looking up and the dwindling prospects of millionaire dual-Fed couples are not on most Americans' radar.

No we were not. Put it this way: the very fact that wild conspiracy and anti-scientific theories spread as much as they did is proof.

Despite every effort at censorship.
And most of them ended up being true.
But you probably still think Joe is sharp as a tack behind closed doors, right? I await that memoir.

I wish everyday since this nightmare began that Biden was still president.

You are criticizing Biden and your current president spells and speaks on a 2nd gr level.

You’re such an idiot and you don’t realize it

Americans are so unbelievably bad at math, they are under the impression that a dual Fed household with a couple of million in net worth are in the same “rich” class as people like Musk and Bezos.

People need to be disabused of this notion.

I think people fail to understand the scale.

The difference between a millionaire and a billionaire is literally a billion dollars. You could have a million dollars of income a year and it would take a thousand years to get a billion. Now do Musk, you could have a million dollars income a day and it would take a thousand years.

Remember when there were compassionate conservatives?! Lordy now it’s the party of F U.

Why is it any better to kill millions of brown babies than it was to kill millions of jews in Europe?

Republicans in Congress are entirely complicit in the deaths of starving babies and pregnant women that are taking place even as I type this.

(And, ironically, claim to be pro-life)
It is Democrats' support for abortion that killed millions of black babies.

Americans who only earn a 5-figure income don't see much difference between someone being a millionaire or a billionaire, but since you view those Americans as beneath your social class, their opinions don't matter to you anyway.

I do. I’ve never earned more than 60K.
My parents are millionaires simply because my father worked for over fifty years as a family physician. They’re regular people who own one house and go on vacation for three weeks a year. They don’t have a yacht or a private plane. Hell, they’ve never even flown business class.

An electrician can easily be a millionaire by the time he retires.

I think the PP is correct that most people don’t understand how many millions you need to have a billion. Billionaires are not regular people who work hard at well paid jobs. Please don’t chop off the heads of the professor and dentist couple next door when the revolution comes. They’re not your enemy.

remember when democrats said "democracy is on the ballot?"

Well, it was and democracy lost.

Yup. Also, professionals in the field know that "self diagnosed" is a huge red flag for "personality disorder who wants sympathy". No way to know for sure without evaluating him, of course, but there is no reason to think that "autism" describes him better than "socially awkward narcissistic sociopath".

This is so sad. It wasn't a sexy message...but it was serious. And it was beyond most of the people in this country.

You understand that pregnant people make choices about abortions, correct? Democrats aren't forcing anyone to have an abortion. Though I guess one could argue that Republicans, through their lack of support for parents and needy families, have forced people to choose abortion. How many aborted babies would have been born if their families had adequate access to health care, child care, and living wages?

It doesn’t matter how they view things. They are bad at math, and therefore incorrect. Do you know the difference between a million dollars and a billion dollars? It’s approximately a billion dollars.

No one’s opinions matter to me more than objective reality.
