I enjoy rewatching SB halftimes shows around this time of year. The artist selections are...interesting. Shania Twain, No Doubt and Sting did one. Shania looked fantastic, but lip synced over her record. ND and Sting were live. Gwen Stefani had just had her first son a couple months before that performance.

I don’t like country either. I really don’t care for lyrics at all. They are mostly tedious, someone whining about a relationship or something, maybe about some social ills. I prefer instrumental music if possible, but a really good voice can be enjoyable too. I just don’t listen to the lyrics, I just hear it as another instrument.

I’d hate to see a three-peat, but there are few outcomes in sport worse than the eagles winning a Super Bowl. The fan base is the worst in sports and really doesn’t deserve any success at all.
