If you visit subs that might have some political content in them and manage to find it, that's on you. All the subs I visit have no such content and the moderators don't even have to remove it because nobody is bothering dumping that BS in there in the first place.

Beyond this, of course reddit is left-leaning. Who cares. Don't go there if you don't want to consume that content. Problem solved.
