For those of you that have barky dogs

You should try our neighborhood. We live in a close-in Bethesda neighborhood where the houses are all on very small lots. There is a household that leaves their dogs (down from two to one) outside for hours barking nonstop. They had one dog that basically lived outside all day and night until it died. Now they’re back down to one dog that barks for literally hours trying to get let in. These people know exactly what they are doing but don’t care. It’s called being inconsiderate and entitled. How dare you question my dog’s behavior. Then they wonder why they don’t have an actual relationship with people in the neighborhood.

I will never understand why people just leave dogs to bark out in their yards for hours. Why did you get a dog? No one made you do this.
