It's canthoplasty or fox eye lift.

What’s the purpose? Aesthetics?

Her father is Edward Butera. I think he might be Italian too but not sure. Grande is her mothers last name.

She looks scarily thin and pale. I hope she is healthy. She looks so different from when she was a teen…and she was on tv as a teen

I’m not so sure she isn’t at least part Latina. She certainly appears to be Latina.

FIFY

Grande has been mistaken for Latina due to her Italian name, artificial tan, and comments like thanking the audience for coming to her "quinceañera" in her 2018 Billboard Woman of the Year acceptance speech.

One-tone, brassy and fried-looking. Plus completely unflattering to her skin and makes her look sick.

The worst part is she’s inspiring so many young Latina women to alter and damage their natural and beautiful hair, in pursuit of some twisted European ideal, which never looked good.

She is European (not Latina)

Maybe it was her Quinceañera which lead so many to accept her as Latina. Plus her name.

What a strange post. She is American, with European heritage. Just like many Latinos. Even dark-skinned Latinos can have 60-90% European genetic ancestry. Ask me how I know.
