OP, I think we all only have so much energy and willpower, and you're not in a time of life right now where you have those to devote to dieting. You're 6 months postpartum! I would focus on getting as much sleep and rest and routine as you can to get to a place where the diet change feels easier, rather than starting there. I have so much more success when I'm not exhausted and tempted to comfort eat.
