How much is aftercare at your school, and what does it include?

It’s great to ask questions and push the school when needed. But some people’s behavior truly becomes toxic and nonsensical.

How many Latinos on the board? One? And no the board is not HALF of color. Further, they were super willing to overlook the multiple allegations of racism by the previous director. We left the school but unless there has been an extreme tirnocer on the Board this is factually untrue.

There are 2 people on the board who identify as Latino and yes half the board are people of color. Stop with the nonsense. https://www.lambpcs.org/board

Wow TWO WHOLE PEOPLE!

And if you actually met them, they might exactly mirror what I’ve been saying.

I’m allowed to speak my mind (at least for now). Put your ugly Karen away and stop silencing others.

I might pull aside a few other board members and ask them why they pulled their kids out of LAMB before upper el. I might ask board members who left recently why they opted out of dci after getting information as to how lamb students do there. I might wonder why there is so much turnover both at the school and on the board. If you’re going to blindly follow a school just maybe ask some hard questions once in a while.

LOL. As a Black woman I've never been called a Karen but I find this highly amusing in this context. I hope you have the school (and the day) you deserve.
