I came here to say the same about Tamara's arms. I was totally shocked. She has lost all muscle tone in her arms. My guess is that she is on ozempic and stopped lifting weights. She is a nasty person who constantly puts other woman down so I have no issue calling her out. Old lady needs to cover up those flabby, sun damaged arms. She looks pathetic

IMO it’s not lack of muscle tone, it’s menopausal crepey sagging skin which is highlighted by the way she’s sitting with her arms folded. At a certain point all the muscle mass you have cannot hold up or fill out the skin that starts to sag and crepe in your 50s, and sun damage just speeds that up.

Update: I am also noticing this now on Golden Bachelorette Joan's arms. Sun exposure definitely. They are about 4 years apart in age. You can see that same area between where a short sleeved shirt ends, and the crook of the elbow is- is crepey, saggy, thin and wrinkled.
