Reneging Internship

Tell her to take the job! I was in the same position 20+ years ago I did what was “right” instead of what was in my best interests. Knowing what I know now about corporate America, I would have made a different decision if I had to do it again.

This is the right choice. If I were in her shoes, I would feel bad about it, but I know that kind of thing also holds people back. Congrats to her for landing the internship!

I did it way back when I was a student.

I felt like a clod, but it was worth it.

Keep the message ti the company short and courteous
