"Imagined, wishful" would make more sense Massengill. Also, you would probably be better off with the preposition "at" instead of "of". |
Pot meet kettle. Look upthread at your punctuation errors, hypocrite. No periods at the end of numerous sentences. No commas where needed, etc. |
NP. Not relevant which shows you are desperate. Check your posts and make the corrections. |
Awww touched a nerve huh Massy ? Maybe your reaction to my initial statements is due to a latent desire to regress into your OWN past. The only reason we are having this discussion is that you felt qualified to jump in and present your expertise on MY past lol. It's ok, a lot of babies , like you, are mired in egocentricity. |
Well I would rather have the smart and funny rich guy. |
Awww, I touched a nerve huh, shorty? Maybe you can fix your errors above and your prior posts before correcting others. Egocentric drama queen. |
There are no spaces before a sentence ending punctuation mark and/or before commas. |
Are you the pp who tried to correct someone’s punctuation earlier? Because yours is a train wreck above. |
Np If only we could all elevate to your egocentricity with your elementary, I mean high school exaggeration about yourself to gain pity. |
Can the two jackholes arguing over grammar just stfu or go get a room or start a new thread or do literally anything else?
OP - as others have mentioned, he's not short, which should help a little. It sounds like he just has a baby face? Is there any way you could take some temporary actions to make him feel older? Like a new haircut? Or a shopping trip to get some clothes for the summer? Maybe even a "nicer" brand of clothes to make him feel mature? |
+1000 Also OP some strength training and attention to diet can help. My DS is the same age and in the same boat (currently 5’9” maybe 120). His weight gain has picked up a little bit with strength training + making an effort to eat more calories. Last year at this time he was 5’5” 95 - obviously is still skinny but has put on 25lbs in a year. Obviously, he is still not muscular or filled out in appearance, but he is stronger and is trying his best and it has been good for his health and self esteem too. A lot of gyms and fitness centers will offer beginner strength training or conditioning classes (Google for your area). At minimum, he will learn how to lift weights or do other strength training exercises safely and properly. Also there is a wealth of info online about dietary changes to help skinny teen boys gain weight (because this is really very common). |
Also, load up the fridge with the Pure Protein shakes or the FairLife protein chocolate milks. When he comes from school, he can grab one. If he comes home from a work-out, he can grab one. And slowly, he'll fill out a little bit. He won't look like Arnold, but just a little bit more size will change his appearance and make him feel better |
Best of luck to him! It really is a difficult spot for a guy to be in. He is lucky to have supportive parents. |
A good friend was a round pudgy kid at 16, maybe 5'4". At 25 he was 6 ft like his dad, thin but with muscles and a deep voice. |
Thank you for making me feel so much better, now you've underlined all the sad bits about our height that we are acutely aware of already!!! So supportive. Here's your medal. |
