If you value walkability and great schools ratings over the actual house . . . here are two good options:

One thing to keep in mind: FFX county and Montgomery County have some of the best schools in the nation. Great Schools ratings are not typically a reliable reflection of the quality of teaching or resources invested in those schools. Only the relative wealth of the neighborhoods they serve. Your options increase if you're willing to consider more diverse schools.
