Actually, I am not able to get Ozempic. My doctor prescribed it, but it is on backorder at CVS since December. Those of you who are taking it; how are you able to get it?

Online through one of the many online services, the compound version.

How do you know it is safe to order medication on-line?

I have a SIL who lives in San Diego. She travels down to Mexico each month or two to get Ozempic. It's sold there without a prescription/gatekeeping and she pays around $200 per pen, which has 4 doses.

It's been a miracle drug for her. She's morbidly obese but without T2D so no doctors would prescribe it in the US. She's lost 85 lbs since August. It's improved her quality of life because she's able to move better now and can go to the gym without being in pain. She's still obese but like a new person. I mean, she essentially shed a tween in weight.

It's been around for like 23 years. It was being gatekept for those years. They knew it worked for weightloss but it wasn't marketed as such until recently.

I will just tell you my story and you can think I am lying but I have no reason to le anonymously. About a year and a half ago, I was hearing about Ozempic, etc. for weight loss and how you could get it prescribed by some fly by night internet weight loss clinic. I stewed on this for a while, and finally broached it with my husband. He was like, no way, don't do that, that's crazy, go to your regular doctor (who I have not seen for years -- total medical phobia). Meanwhile, my dad, who is actually diabetic had to go off Ozempic because it caused pancreatitis in him. So that did not bode super well. Anyway, I decided, okay, I am going to really try my best to lose weight on my own and revisit this with DH in 6 months. Well, I managed to lose about 25 pounds in that 6 months with ramped up exercise (but I already regularly exercised), eating low carb, and on and off intermittent fasting. So I decided to keep at it. And after a year, I had lost another 15 pounds. So, 40 pounds, is not 80 or 100 or whatever you think KC lost, but I have people commenting on my weight loss non-stop. I bet people think I lost more than I did -- the way they talk. I went from Class 2 obese to overweight. Still trying. No additional weight loss in the last 3 months, but I no longer feel life Ozempic would even be worth it. I am not obese (though not by much) and I now know that even at 46, I CAN do it on my own. I just keep looking for motivation to get serious again. So, Ozempic is what led to my weight loss in a roundabout way, but I did not use any type of medication. More like it inspired me to give it one last go. So if others say they did it on their own, I am inclined to believe them. I am sure some people like about it, but that is none of my business.

Dp- At least 70 pounds.

A friend of mine who is a bigger lady just lost about 60 lbs., and looks great, through being active and watching what she ate. She's almost 60 yo and has been a bit bigger for as long as I've known her.

A friend of mine in Michigan goes over the border to Canada and buys it for a similar price. She's morbidly obese and has started shedding weight quickly. The goal is to get this weight off so she can do more exercise.

It’s really easy and inexpensive to get the compounded version prescribed from an online provider. No need to cross international borders.

She is promoting a weight loss product so whether she used that or something like ozempic is relevant. Otherwise it would be no jnez business

The lying is seriously pathetic. Like come on- literally everyone knows what's going on. Why do they even try? It boggles the mind that they truly think the general public doesnt have eyes

I will say Kelly is not the brightest bulb. That's why she's America's sweetheart- she's that slightly dim but good hearted Southern neighbor who brings over a casserole after bible study. That's her persona and it's based on who she really is. It's how she got into that pathetic sham of a marriage. A smarter celeb would get out in front of it and just be honest, and say something like "Ozempic has helped me deal with food/binge eating issues I've always struggled with" rather than doing the ridiculous "I just worked out more!" lie. That's why Oprah- who's a hell of a lot smarter than Kelly- came clean about it. It's a PR mess/time bomb for the celebs that continue to lie openly about it.

She looked like she was at least 215. And now she’s 120. It seems to have happened overnight. I think she definitely had help with one of the many weight loss drugs. It’s not a big deal, but don’t have us believe that you did it naturally. That is definitely not the case. I lost 26 pounds since February 8 but only because I take 15,000 steps daily and really watch what I eat.

Oprah has lost weight using other means for years. She usually gains it back at some point, but the new drugs are not and have never been the only way to lose weight.

This is what I don't understand: if diabetics have been using these drugs for years for their diabetes, why weren't all of them losing weight? If they were, I would think the secret would have gotten out before now?
