Celebrities who lie about weight loss without Ozempic; Kelly Clarkson I'm looking at you!

Generally, celebrities won't admit to Ozempic weight loss because then they can't sell a fad diet or magical weight loss drink on social media.

I lost 40 lbs on WW in my 50s so it is very possible. But who cares? Why do you think she owes you everything in her life?

Didn't she just stop a medication or 2?

We can safely assume that they're all on it. They'll inject anything into their faces and bodies, and pumping themselves with some GLP-1 agonists is nothing.

I love how many celebrities and famous people chose 2023 to FINALLY get a hold on their diet and exercise

It started literally right after new years last year when these weight loss drugs became huge.

Yeah--ok, right...you jogged and ate some salad. Let me tell you, I am very into fitness and health and was an athlete. These people weren't dropping all of that weight the natural way.

Why is it that fat people are obsessed with talking about other people's weight?! I come from an obese family and they talk nonstop about other's weights. They love putting down fat people and dissing fat celebrities. Get your own weight under control OP.

Good for her.
If they sold that stuff on the shelves of Target, I would pick some up too.

Agree! OP- what do you want- a public fat shaming circus? Should she wear a scarlet “F” for fat?

I guess it's a lot better than what they used previously: cocaine.

This is it the first time Kelly lost a bunch of weight though. She’s yo-yoed quite a bit.

Isn’t

People who eat a clean high fiber diet consume fewer calories naturally - careful research has established this. A healthy gut produces glp-1 naturally and that reduces appetite. A healthy diet doesn’t drive overeating. Moving the body regularly also reduces appetite. It’s only when you get to the level of intense exercise that it drives higher calorie consumption and most of us are nowhere near that.

I know people are sick of hearing me say this but a clean diet really works. It’s healthier and cheaper than Ozempic et al.

The point isn’t that this diet doesn’t exist. It’s that this diet DOES exist but it’s existed for a long time so how would Kelly all of a sudden have discovered it after struggling with her weight her whole life?

My guess is they’re not taking Ozempic, they’re taking another one but people just ask about Ozempic and they can say no, I don’t take that, because they’re taking Wegovy or whatever.

This. She was skinny when she won American Idol. Then she got married, made babies, and became middle aged. That stuff tends to add pounds. I know, not everyone gains weight but a lot of us do and it's hard to drop the weight when life gets in the way. I do assume she has used some sort of diet aid(s) that are common in the rich and famous. Maybe injectables, personal trainer, personal dietician, etc. Probably all of those.

SHE WAS SKINNY WHEN SHE WON IDOL BECAUSE SHE WAS TWENTY YEARS OLD!

Actually, I am not able to get Ozempic. My doctor prescribed it, but it is on backorder at CVS since December. Those of you who are taking it; how are you able to get it?

Online through one of the many online services, the compound version.
