How TF do I limit sugar?

For me, substituting high fat and low sugar yogurt has been helpful. I like the Siggis brand and as well as buying plain Greek yogurt and adding just a teaspoon of sugar.

I believe it. I have an aunt that has had wildly uncontrolled blood sugar and garbage eating habits for 70+ years. She is still with us but the cognitive impairment is very apparent.

Fix your microbiome. Take probiotic foods and prebiotic foods/supplements (e.g. plantain star h)

I have found the Glucose Goddess on instagrams and implemented her hacks that week. I haven’t had anything sweet since Easter. Right now I’m going to focus on these things and see how it works for my weight loss before adjusting again.
