Scottsdale - visit family (Thanksgiving) Riviera Maya - Winter break I'm adding a fourth as it's an exciting one - Japan for two weeks over spring break. First trans-Pacific flight with the whole family. |

I don’t even know any hotels that would be under $1000 for 3-4 nights. They’re all like $300+ a night now, even regular old Hampton inns |

Visiting family in Cape Cod last week in August
5 days in Barcelona first weekend in October. A yet to be booked trip to Madeira, Portugal in spring 2024. Might to a long weekend to Puerto Rico in the winter before that. |

Stonington, CT -- long weekend with DH at an Airbnb-- reading, kayaking, walking on the beach and chilling,
LA in October -- visiting family -- hiking, seeing art, walking on the beach, eating fabulous Vietnamese and Mexican food, and, of course In-N-Out Boston in November -- gathering with college friends -- talking, cooking, listening to great music, feeling grateful that we've known each other for so many years |

Maybe one of the local ski resorts like wisp? There are lots of nice houses with fireplaces, hot tubs, etc. or the ones in PA. Winter break is tough because flights expensive, and local areas are not warm but not really snowy yet. Staycation and splash put on nice dinners and shows! |

Dallas: Labor Day weekend, catching a Rangers game to knock that ballpark off the list and hitting the aquarium
Boston: Veteran's Day weekend, running the Boston 1/2 marathon Curacao: Spring break, fantastic hotel pricing and when I booked flights out of JFK were not bad at all. |
