Are you seriously asking how a drug overdose has anything to do with crime? I mean, isn’t selling and consuming the type of drugs that will kill you generally a crime? I guess it’s possible he ODed on NyQuil but that seems unlikely. You may want to rewatch Breaking Bad, Ozark, the Wire, etc…. |

| Jesus, isn’t anyone concerned to find out who this was or what happened? This thread is just dark humor and laments of “there goes the neighborhood.” |
Many people die by ODing in Montgomery County. Most of these deaths don't happen on a street in Bethesda. If you're not concerned to find out who the other people were who died by ODing, or what happened to them that resulted in the OD, why would this death be different? Just because it happened on a street in Bethesda? |
ever since Harambe died and 105.9 started to suck a few years back it hasn't been the same....

For 2022, drug overdose deaths: Montgomery -- 124 PG -- 248 Fairfax (which I think is about same size as Moco) -- 116 DC -- 450 |
1. You could buy a home at 4x a mid-level person’s income. 2. The gangs from DC were not hanging out downtown and committing crimes. 3. There was a better ratio of services to people - ie, Pool not so crowded. 4. Less dense population; less school crowding. 5. Trees still existed along the trail between downtown and Connecticut. 6. The County did not have its tentacles into Bethesda - they left us alone (pre-Woodmont triangle plan and downtown Bethesda plan. 7. There were plenty of local restaurants. 8. We had great gas stations with knowledgeable repair people, a local variety store, and it did not cost $5 to buy a cookie on Bethesda Row. 9. We had fewer New Yorkers, people did not honk their horns. 10. Our taxes were 2/3 less than they are now. |
That $5 cookie on Bethesda Row is really, really big (like five times as big as the $3 Panera cookie) and really good (Oprah famous). It's basically an entire meal. |
the true culprit! |
lol, yeah in DC dead bodies are everywhere on the street and we don't care! |
Your post disgusts me. Signed, someone who had a family member and OD |
+1 on both counts. An appalling lack of empathy. |
