Grocery store ice cream without gum additives

Yeah, what is UP with cottage cheese lately? It is SO gummy, even the brand I buy at MOMs that I used to like. Good Culture or something like that?

My mom used to buy Friendship brand which I believe is sold in regular grocery stores. Maybe I'll try that one...

I've given up on cottage cheese. I loved it when I was younger; now it's disgusting.

We make our own. It's literally just cream, whole milk, and sugar. No additives and itms easy to make.

Guar gum isn't toxic, but it's used to make bad food, by faking the "creaming" process,
like the aforementioned "cottage" cheese

It isn’t faking anything. It’s keeping a scooping consistency for longer. I make homemade ice cream occasionally. After a few days in the freezer, it gets icy and very hard to scoop. I get why commercial ice creams use them. I’d rather a little a little guar gum then twice the amount of fat and sugar Haagen Dazs uses to keep consistency.

I am not for sure but it is premium, super premium ...Kirkland Vanilla.

If you take Nescafe Gold finlely milled instant coffee (unprepared, ie dry) you can mash it in and tastes so good!

We just bought this for the first time and it’s very good!
