My personal favorite (or not, because it was gut-wrenching) is the season 4 finale of Dexter. I literally cried out in shock.

Another one that caught me by surprise was The Visit.

The end of Sixth Sense was great but The Prestige was shocking. I'm still pretty horrified by that one. Whoa, man, no! Don't do that!

insane. we were all watching it in our dorm rooms at the same time on my floor with some rooms having a few more people. the doors were open and you could hear everyone on the hall gasp/yell!
