Weird looking actors you find strangely attractive?

I was hot for David Hyde Pierce in Frasier.

Christopher Walken

Always had a weird thing for Benedict Cumberbatch. Also Tom Hiddleston, who I feel falls in the exact same "tall, British, odd looking" category. I seem to enjoy it.

Adam Driver is the American version of this. He is SO charismatic. I even really hated his character in Girls but still find him super hot.

There's also a category of this that is like balding, middle aged, but somehow endearing. Not necessarily weird looking, but not what you would normally think of as hot. Thinking Bradley Whitford (Josh from West Wing). With this category, they need to seem both smart and kind. It's a family man vibe, like oh this man would put the kids to bed and then rub my feet and watch trash TV with me but also reads and follows the news.

Niles was adorable. The character himself and David Hyde Pierce. Not "standard handsome" at all but just sweetly adorable.

Yes!
Also the Bradley Whitford poster, I agree.
Now I'm also thinking - Kenneth Branagh. I can't believe I'm saying that but I am. Wallander.

I was going to say another Wallander - Rolf Lassgard. (I actually haven’t seen him in Wallander or a Man Called Ove, but have watched The Fourth Man and Death of a Pilgrim and a few other shows).

There is no one hotter than Aiden Quinn as Dez in 1985’s Desperately Seeking Susan.

Correct. And he doesn’t belong in this thread.

Oh man Kenneth Branagh was hot way back in the day. He was like Sting’s older, nerdier brother.

Younger, actually--Sting is nine years older than Branagh...And Branagh can get it. Then and now, actually. But peak for looks was every minute of "Much Ado About Nothing." What a gorgeous film, in every way.

When we watched Friday Night Lights, of course I thought the Tim Riggins character was hot, but I really had a thing for Landry (Jesse Plemmons).

Are we doing actresses, as well?

If so, I nominate Eva Victor. She's on Billions, but is better known for her social media comedy. There's something oddly attractive about her.

+1. He is the opposite of what we’re talking about here.

Nope. Adam Driver in everything.
