It helps so many people who have struggled with obesity their whole life finally have some good results and hope and you have to chime in with your hate. I guess it's because skinny is all you ever had going for you. No personality or any other good qualities.

I don't believe she had buccal fat removal. I am a skinny person with a face that is concave under my cheeks. Many people have this naturally, and Gaga certainly has the frame for this sort of look to be natural.
